Brief initial consultation for prospective patients
Discuss reason for appointment request with Dr. Moideen, explore to see if the practice structure and policy will meet your current needs. if you wish to continue with us, we can schedule an initial evaluation.
Virginia Psychiatry accepts the following major insurance plans. (Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna)
Time: 15 minutes; no charge
Initial Evaluation
- Comprehensive Initial Psychiatric evaluation with medication management.
- During your virtual visit, you may discuss symptoms that you are having and potential treatment.
Initial Evaluation fee: $425.00 Time: 70 minutes
Follow up appointments for Established Patients:
- Time: 30-minute $225
- Time: 45 minutes $325
Purpose: medication management with therapy
Free 15 min consultation for new patients to briefly review current needs and discuss if our practice is the right setting for your needs. If so, we can schedule your initial 70-minute appointment.
Note: To provide the best standard of care and take adequate time with our patients our practice is out-of-network. We do not directly accept any insurance.
